New Patients

The purpose of your first visit is to determine the cause of your health concern and if we may help you with chiropractic care. You will be asked to fill out our forms which will help us to attain some necessary information.

At A&M Chiropractic we are considerate of your time therefore prior to your first visit we strongly recommend to download and fill out all the forms at home.

During the first visit, one of the doctors will ask you questions regarding your conditions as well as past medical and social history. It is important to answer them to the best of your knowledge.

After a thorough history is obtained, doctor will proceed with examination of your spine. The examination includes: visual spine analysis, motion palpation, muscle tests, as well as neurological and orthopedic exams.

If necessary, doctor may request a set of x-rays to be taken of the affected area or refer you for additional tests.

On the same or next visit, doctor will present the report of findings and all available treatments for you. They will also answer all your questions to make sure you feel comfortable with the treatment plan.
